Description & Course Objective:
The DELE language exam serves as a certification of your Spanish language skills, which you can show in professional life and in Spanish-speaking universities. Please note the registration and deregistration deadlines. The number of places for DELE exams is limited.
In order to secure a place for you, you must register by the registration deadline.
Follow the steps below to register:
1st step:
Fill in the registration form via the link and send it with a copy of a valid identity card (ID) or passport.

2nd step:
As soon as we have received the registration form and your documents in full, we will send you the invoice.
Please note that payment must be made within 7 working days and the payment confirmation must be sent to our branch within 7 working days.
3rd step:
After receipt of payment, you will receive a valid confirmation of registration via Email .
Please note that registrations or payment confirmations cannot be processed outside our opening hours and we cannot guarantee that the registration deadline will be met outside these times.
The respective registration deadline can be found in the table "Examination dates & registration deadlines".
Deregistration DELE Exam:
Deregistration before the end of the registration and deregistration period is free of charge. If you deregister after this deadline, the examination costs will be charged in full.
DELE-crash courses:
Prepare for the DELE exam at the ILS: Attend a DELE-crash course in private or group lessons at ILS-Basel or ILS-Bern!
IMPORTANT:
The evaluation of your DELE exam takes approx. 6 months. We will then send you the certificate directly from DELE by post or you can collect it in person from our examination center on presentation of your ID. The exam results can be viewed online 2 to 3 months after the exam.
